About the Book

Ron Rosenberg had just come from an Arizona federal prison and had some shocking news for Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agent Bob Bringston. Bob’s suspicions were confirmed that federal Drug Enforcement Administration Director Victor Marsh was only selectively enforcing the drug laws. Marsh was taking payments from large drug importers in exchange for secure access to US soil. Bob resolved to do whatever it took to expose this immense abuse of power.

He recruited lawyers Emily Sanchez and Ron Rosenberg in his pursuit of the truth and found the help of friends and even strangers along the way.

The blood in Hardball is as much art as it is scientific and realistic. The sex is detailed and profound. It goes far beyond the physical. Baseball is a continuing theme throughout.

Hardball is not just about some massive government conspiracy.  It is a legal thriller that boils down to three courageous and quite creative people determined to do what is right.

About the Author

After graduating California State University Northridge with a journalism degree, Andrew worked a couple of years at a Ventura, CA radio station as a news writer and news personality.

He enrolled at Whittier Law School in Los Angeles and earned his JD degree in 1986. In nearly 30 years of law practice, one of the major foundations of Andrew's success was writing. Even as a legal writer, he always had a flair for the dramatic and desire to entertain.

Andrew lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two adult children.
