Keep Your Vision We go through life with the hope of change Now this is a vision we should never exchange The Lord places His vision of where you will be Yet it's the devil who enters to say this can't be If we go through life always doubting our hope Then the devil has won; he's placed your neck in his rope These dreams that you have are the Lord's promise to you Yet you find it easier to complain or dismiss what is true Now what people don't understand is that the Lord blesses in His time It may seem like forever, but losing faith is the real crime A true believer knows God will deliver on His word Yet because it doesn't happen as fast, some feel this is absurd If you allow negative surroundings to change who you are Then you've allowed the devil to take the wheel of your car Take a picture with your mind of the promise you were given Believe what God has promised, and change how you're living The Lord gave you a vision, and it will come to pass No matter what the problem, you must believe it won't last That dream that you have; the one that lights up your spirit Just believe it will happen, it’s God's hand that will let you live it
