Diana Smith Walsh is a leading expert in cross-cultural training and development with over thirteen years of experience working with cross-cultural groups in the area of business development, negotiation, communication, and socialization. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business Administration Rochester, NY, a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Pace University in New York, and is currently earning a Post Master's Certificate in Diversity Studies, while studying Chinese and Taiwanese culture in Taiwan. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Chinese.
