About the Author

Aimee Paulsen is a writer, charity worker, wife and mother. Born in Bukavu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, she studied Latin philosophy and pedagogy. Humanitarian aid work has been a huge calling in Aimee's life. She has worked for international humanitarian organizations in the past, and is a founder of Life-Hope (www.life-hope.org) - an organization that helps poor orphaned children get an education. She currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland with her family.
