About the Book

The story takes one through the sad times of the Plantagenet's and what it could have been like to have lived in such a tormented atmosphere of King Richard and his crusading armies through to the Magna Charta this interesting novel takes one on a journey of what could have been and a perspective look at how people pursued their lives and how Kings and Lords governed them. The hunger and want, the crimes and punishments, the will to survive in one of the most saddest periods of English history to the most important document ever written in Magna Charta.

About the Author

Nev White is a keen author and an artist, who has travelled extensively through Europe whilst in Royal Air Force. He has seen many areas of Second World War conflicts in France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. With that experience, he can write about factual places and dates. He is widowed with family and grandchildren in mind, who encouraged him to write a series of books entitled the The Grandad Series.
