William F. Becker

Bill Becker is the CEO of Strategic Business Resources in New York City with over 25 years of domestic and international experience in a range of industries, with medium sized companies to Fortune 500 corporations. He is a hands-on practitioner who has helped organizations through major strategic and operational change efforts, and has designed and implemented workshops, seminars, simulations, and conferences for all levels of management. He also has designed, implemented and integrated human resource systems for performance management, career development and succession planning.

Bill has a master´s degree from UCLA and a bachelor´s degree from California State College at Los Angeles, with extensive training at National Training Laboratories (NTL) in their core and advanced Organizational Development Programs. He is founding member of Future Search Network, an association promoting the application of Future Search Conferences. Bill is an Adjunct Professor at New York University and previously an adjunct Professor at The New School in New York City, where he taught Organization Development and Human Resources Management in their Human Resources Masters Degree Program. He is a frequent presenter at national OD, training and some 2.0 Community conferences. Bill lives with his wife in the Big Apple´s Greenwich Village area.
