About the Book

A boy named Joshua is not happy at all with moving away to a new neighborhood in the city. Upon discovering a magic book in the new house, Joshua and his little sister Emily are magically transported to a world built on hundreds of years of imagination. Together with their new friends, Buko the brave lion, Rufus the friendly wolf and Kronk the cunning crocodile, the two children embark on a long journey to the Prestidigitation Island, home of Magic the great dragon, who is the only one that can help them return to their home in the real world.

About the Author

Benjamin James Ross was born on December 5, 1981. When he was in kindergarten, Benjamin was able to read whole books. He favored children’s books about a family of bears and a weird world envisioned by a doctor. By the time Benjamin was in fifth grade, he wrote about real life experiences, but eventually moved into fantasy worlds. During his high school years, Benjamin started to write “The Book of a Million Stories.” To this date, Benjamin is working on more “Million Stories” ideas for future books as well as other ideas for animated television shows and stage productions.
