About the Book

John Jones is unexpectedly transported into the year 1800 AD and has to survive for 10 years. He changes his name to Benjamin Foxe and enjoys many affairs with the ladies of the era during his adventures. Having survived the 10 years, he is given the opportunity to be transported to an era of his own choosing. He elects to be transported into the early 18th century and again enjoys a further 10 years of amorous adventures with the ladies of this period.

About the Author

David Pope was born, grew up and educated in the historic city of Bath in Somerset, England. Interested in history since his school days, he has read many books on British history. He has researched his family tree exstensively and written his family history. Emigrating to Australia in 1973, he is currently living in Cairns, Queensland. David is married with four children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.
