About the Author

Danielle Cierra Robinson was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1986. Her love for literature began at a young age. Since the age of 7, Danielle has been writing short stories and poetry. While attending Pine Forest High School, the curriculum and writing assignments in her English honor classes highly influenced her literary talents. Ms. Robinson wrote for her high school’s monthly newsletter and has entered several poetry competitions throughout the United States. After graduating high school, Danielle received several scholarships and attended North Carolina Central University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry in 2008. In 2013, she graduated from Kaplan University with her Masters of Public Health and minor in Epidemiology. Danielle loves to devote her time to writing, painting, African dancing, traveling, community service, and listening to music. Her future goal is to publish several novels and establish a column reflecting the daily lifestyle of young women. Danielle currently works and lives in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
