It’s a sunny day in Casualty-ville, and Dan, a paramedic, is getting ready to go to a football match, along with his newest recruit, Lucy Bandage. Dan and his team are there to provide medical support to anyone who needs it. At the match, the Casualty-ville Rovers are introducing a new player, Derek Daniels, who has the ability to make goals out of thin air. Then, in the first few minutes of the match, Derek has a bad fall. Dan rushes to the rescue and finds that Derek has broken his leg.
