Call your marketing services representative at 1-888-795-4274 ext. 7876. We will fill you in on the phone and send you a product sheet and order form.
Then simply choose your service level, fill out the order form, and return it to us by email, fax, or mail. You can even complete your order on the phone. By filling out the order form, you can tell us vital information about yourself and your book, and about your target market.
