About the Book

Twenty some odd years ago, Sheila Compton was a beautiful wife and mother of twins, Denise and David. Her twin, Leslie, who had made her life miserable all her life had moved, never to be heard from again. Then terrible things starting happening: Sheila’s parents were killed in what police deemed a robbery gone bad, her husband was killed by a drunk driver and her children disappeared without a trace. Now twenty years later, retired CIA agent, Sandy Shores Landow, has been asked to take a look at the case. After all, women think differently than men, right? About the Author

Grayce L. Higgins wrote her first novel at the age of sixty-eight. Now at the age of eighty-three she had written three novels, ruined lives, all but one and the latest, the devil’s twin. All three were published through Xlibris, a Self- Publishing Company. Grayce lived in Oregon most of her life and recently retired to Vancouver, Washington when her husband passed away. She has four children and one tiny, demanding black dog, Moose, who thinks he is human.
