Graduated from the University of Utah in Organizational Communications also served in the United States Air Force Reserves. Rick is a Fitness and Wellness enthusiast and believes in living life with a positive and energetic approach. Spent a 35 year career in the Fitness Industry. He currently owns Rick Strout Consulting Services. He does motivational speaking on the good matters in life and living a balance in wellness.
