About the Author

Nida B. Goudeaux is a breast cancer survivor and went through a tough ordeal where physical changes shockingly affected her due to aggressive treatments (chemotherapy and radiation) performed on her. She fought the battle with courage and faith in GOD and never faltered to believe she would be able to survive that journey. At times though, she had fears, doubts and troubles because the disease was death-defying and it was just normal to have those kind of negative emotions. She survived and confronted each day with prayerful engagements. The author has a passion on interior design though she could not do sketchings or drawings. But she can transform a small empty space in the house into a creative and fashionable format –-there is elegance and modern touch and sometimes classical as well. Her passion in cooking in another form of daily-engagement she enjoys too. The author embraces education which to her and to her family is a treasure of life’s exploration to achieve success. It is a gift her parents struggled to provide to her and to her siblings. With a degree in Psychology, it has helped her a lot in her pursuits to real estate world of which she has been recognized as one of the top producers in 2004 until early quarter of 2007. She had achieved an impressive sales production especially for a new agent like herself. She has generously spread her wings in philantrophic work but of course of limited scale of distribution due to many financial obligations of her own. She also ventured into home health whereby she provided utmost care and supervision for the elderly and she was mostly and still is handling this kind of business venture. Virtues of compassion, understanding, patience and high-tolerance –-she frequently states, those are qualities to possess to be able to love and enjoy the kind of nature the business requires in it’s moral sense. It could be stressful yet it is a noble experience because at the end of the day you have cared for the elderly at your most loving and dedicating ways.
