Over the Rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow, was a rainforest green and bright. In it lived two little Toucans named Amelia and Yusuf who loved to explore. But it was a cold, dark and lonely night. All the animals and insects went home, protecting themselves from the miserable weather. The sound of the pitter-patter rain filled the rainforest ground. The pretty pearls danced on the flowers, grass, and trees like graceful ballerinas. The birds, bugs and chipmunks watched from their little homes, as the fluffy blue clouds, turned grey and angry. There wasn't much to do except snuggle up and sleep, hoping that tomorrow would be a better day. “Wake up Amelia, wake up” screamed Yusuf. “There's a rainbow in sky, there's a rainbow in the sky”.
