About the Author

Ken Varnold, born in 1948, grew up in the west central prairie of Illinois. As a young man he left for college to the cities of Minneapolis-Saint Paul where he put down roots and remains to this day. After completing an education in Child Development, Ken has worked in social services, served twenty-two years in law enforcement and worked as an investigator for the U.S. government. He is also an experienced actor and playwright. His play, starke.florida, about the final days of serial killer Ted Bundy, debuted in Minneapolis with critical acclaim and was performed at the Garrick Theater in Manchester, UK. He is semi-retired now and owns his own small business, not far enough productions, llc.
