About the Book
The Frog with Slippery Fingers follows a beautiful tree frog named Michael who can jump really well but can’t hold onto anything. That is a pretty big problem for a tree frog. It’s up to Laura and her Nana to figure out how they can help Michael. The Frog with Slippery Fingers is the third in a series of animal themed books by Dave Marchetti. Be sure to check out an adventurous fish in Steve the Stickleback and a wandering snake in Nestle’s Big Adventure. When not writing children’s books you can find Dave traveling around southern New England with his assortment of reptiles and small animals as he educates and entertains children of all ages with his Animal Experiences program. For updates on future projects be sure to visit him on Facebook at www.facebook.com/theslipperyfrog.
About the Author
Known throughout southern New England as Dave the Animal Man for his business called Animal Experiences, Dave Marchetti has added another book geared to young children. His previous books Steve the Stickleback, about a young fish and Nestle’s Big Adventure, about a snake were the first two in a series of books about animals or fish about which Dave has a wealth of knowledge. The Frog with Slippery Fingers continues that theme. A native of Rhode Island Dave’s childhood love for fish, reptiles and amphibians continues unabated providing many ideas for future stories. Watch for stories about turtles, lizards and even spiders in the future.
