“I’m not magical mommy”- This vital statement was stated when I began to take a closer look at myself and realized I had become overwhelmed with all the jackets that I had worn for years as a mom. I understood that I had made the choice to have a child, but felt it wasn’t a life sentence! This was the critical moment when I began to reflect how I quieted a crying infant, consoled fussy preschoolers, worried about adolescence and pre-teens, and tearfully said good-bye’s to children that had become adults. I learned that being a parent takes strength and love. I realized that being a “mother” is purely magical !

OUR MISSION: TO EMPOWER WOMEN WITH INFORMATION THROUGH THE "I'M NOT MAGICAL MOMMY BOOK" TO LEARN OR INCREASE KNOWLEDGE OF MOTHERHOOD AND EFFECTIVE STRATEGY'S FOR PARENTING. There is approximately one hundred fifty million women in the United States and eighty-six million are mothers. There are approximately two hundred thousand teen moms! Mrs. Andrea Guice is a published author who enjoys writing poetry and short-novel stories. Because of millions of mothers in the United States, Mrs. Guice being a mother herself, decided to write a fun, witty, and easy- to-read self help book to encourage women that are mothers, or that will be a mother. Andrea Guice married when she was young and became a single mother shortly afterward. She has enjoyed being a mother, and throughout the years, has learned the joys and heartbreaks of having children. Andrea's marriage unfortunately ended, and she found herself faced with being a single mother who had to raise her children without the added support of their father. Though motherhood was a challenge, the years of experience has granted her the opportunity to reflect on those challenges and write her idea of what the role of a mother is—or is not. More than anything, the book is written to encourage women who are mothers and who may enjoy reading about the “magic” of one woman’s idea of being a mother and the magic of motherhood as eloquently described by “I’m Not Magical Mommy.”
