About the Author

Esthela Núñez Franco began her love affair with equines at the age of one when her father took her for a ride on a donkey named Dollar in her native country of Mexico. With her parents, she immigrated to the United States at the age of 10 making their permanent home in Sterling, Colorado. She attended University of Northern Colorado graduating with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She currently works in the private sector. Esthela Núñez Franco resides in Atwood, CO where she and her husband own and operate a Quarter Horse breeding ranch. Just a few steps from her front door, her pony mare Breezy lives on the couple’s property. BreezyGirl is the first book of a series Esthela Núñez Franco wrote about the unbreakable bond and connection she shares with Breezy.
