About the Author

RAYMOND MALLEY rose to senior positions worldwide in the United States diplomatic service and private industry. He is also a retired Air Force officer. Born of French Acadian parents in Massachusetts, he graduated with honors from universities in the U.S. and Europe, including The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He holds various awards, is included in Who’s Who, and is a ranked international senior tennis player. He and his wife Josette, retired from the World Bank, live in McLean, Virginia, and Hanover, New Hampshire. They teach, lecture, and write.
