About the Author
Wayne L. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice. Dr. Davis has graduated from city, state, and federal law enforcement academies and he has over 20 years of law enforcement experience with city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Dr. Davis was a field-training officer with the Indiana State Police and has received the U.S. Customs & Border Protection Commissioner’s Award. Mahdia Ben-Salem holds a D.E.U.G: Diplôme D’ Etudes Générales, a LICENCE in Applied Language and Literature, a MAITRISE in Applied Language and Literature from Nice University, France. All diplomas are for the French, Italian, and Spanish languages. She also holds A FRENCH FOR BUSINESS DIPLOMA from the Paris, France, Chamber of Commerce, and a Ph.D. in in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature in French and Spanish.
