About the Book

Life is a transition, and positive changes can be achieved when internal and external conflicts are resolved. The Next Step New Start methodology achieves positive results through effective internal self-talk and external communication. The program is designed to touch every part of our lives—physical, emotional, spiritual, educational, and in terms of relationships and careers. The information uncovers answers to “Who am I?”, “What is my emotional baggage?”, “Who’s in charge of my choices?”, “What is my story?”, and “What is my calling and contribution?” Our mission is to help people professionally and personally, examine who they have been, discover who they are, create who they want to be, and turn “I can’t” to “I can.”

Wallace F. Dale A former Princeton consultant, strategist for Prudential Insurance, and representative to State Farm’s Think Tank, Economic Development Foundation, and VP Coral Springs Museum of Art. As an active member of the Sovereign Order of St. John, Wally is committed to the spirit of giving back to the community. He is proud of his successful efforts to feeding, educating, and housing those in need. Wally offers a strong financial background and a solid collaborative team philosophy. He believes we are all one, and without each other, we stand alone. Josette Veltri Certified in multiple disciplines, Josette Veltri offers personal and professional enhancement strategies for clients looking to evolve and take the next steps toward living life with success and fulfillment. As a mentor, grief and transition Coach, MBTI practitioner, chaplain, interfaith ordained minister, published author, and Florida State mediator, Josette consistently applies her training to create positive changes, resulting in conflict resolution. She is an active member in numerous professional organizations, including the International Coaching Association and the South Florida Mediation Association. By learning to achieve an extraordinary existence, Josette is driven by her mission to inspire others to take a next step to a start by creating their unique footprint in life. She encourages clients to look for a rainbow after every storm and to turn their “I can’t” to “I can.”
