About the Author
Helen Evans is a storyteller, an author, textile artist, and a former preschool director and teacher at New England College of TAFE in Armidale, NSW, Australia. She tells stories each week to children at the early childhood services in her hometown. Helen is also involved with the family gallery in the nearby town of Uralla, where examples of her textile work can be seen. She has three adult children and four grandchildren.
