About the Book

Through the help of research on mental illness, hopefully we will be able to live our lives with new determination and peace. From your child to your grandparent, aunt or uncle, friend or foe, may we bring understanding (of course) to our world. This book is a cry for recovery of psychiatric disorders and behavioral health. State-of-the-art treatment of behavioral disorders is very important in these days of turmoil and strife. This book touches on some of these subjects in an effort to bring light for research and recovery to psychiatric disorders. Gloria Montana writes a lot of poetry and short stories. In these days, it is not advantageous to help one another through whatever form of media. Because so many families are plagued by this disease that hurts so many of us, we ask for help. We should understand with love and patience for the people under the umbrella tree because it’s raining.

About the Author

The author with a degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a Masters degree in Education from Fla. Atlantic Univ. has spent many years herself suffering. Nevertheless speaking on behalf of the mentally handicapped, she emphasizes the need for immediate help and research as well as understanding and compassion. She has written this book allowing us a peak at the real people. Some weak, some brilliant some uneducated, helpless and hopeless who kling to life desperately. Please read and feel the great need to help those who are shunned, shammed and ignored. They may be left to roam the streets, die alone and unmourned. Are you one of us or do you know one of us? Through prayer and the glory of God, Gloria Montana, feels that with faith we can ask that God move this mountain that we call mental illness.
