This book is an attempt to examine and explain bullying and its effects on individuals and groups. This edited volume is dedicated to highlighting bullying and how it is expressed under different conditions and situations.
About the Author
Dr. Casimir Kowalski, Professor of Educational Leadership and past Dean (1997-2003), School of Education, South Carolina State University, is a former Chancellor, Allegheny Campus, Penn State University, and Director, International Programs, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. He also served as President, Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kowalski is the recipient of the U.S. Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, and Distinguished Alumnus Award, SUNY at Oswego, NY. He is Editor of Psychology and Education: An Interdisciplinary Journal. Dr. Joseph P. Cangemi is Emeritus Professor of Psychology and Scholar-In-Residence at Western Kentucky University and an international consultant in the area of leadership effectiveness and productive and profitable organizations. He is the author of numerous books, scores of published articles and papers, and was Western Kentucky University’s nominee for the prestigious Carnegie Foundation Professor of the Year National Award. He is Editor of International Journal of Leadership and Change. Dr. Ami Rokach’s doctorate is in psychology from Purdue University. He is Executive Editor of Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied, and is a clinical psychologist who combines offering individual, couple and sex therapy with teaching and research. Ami is an associate professor, teaching psychology, at The Center for Academic Studies in Israel, and also serves as a faculty member in the psychology departments at York University, Canada and Walden University in the USA.
