Fluffy Bum is the youngest of the three cats living with Mrs. Plop. He is a very beautiful cat and proud of his big, bushy tail, which everyone always admires. He keeps the peace between the three cats, especially as Fluffy Bum likes to tease and jump over both Dude and Mazzy Wazzy, a tiny cat who just likes to sleep.
