About the Book

Success generates happiness, sometimes even power and admiration. Most people like to be successful. It is a part of our human nature. What you want to be successful in may be entirely different from what I want to be successful in. Some areas in which people in our Western society have shown success include making good career choices, becoming wealthy in business, being the manager of their firm, and being a coordinator of a voluntary organization. Whatever reachable area of interest you need to be successful in, in this book, you are presented with a four-point formula model that empowers and gets you fired up, so driving you to success. Your reprogrammed mind-set is part of the motivators that is guiding you relentlessly along your identified, planned pathway/s toward success, equipping you to solve roadblocks and cope with stressful situations. Once you have reached your goal—success—you may just have another on your agenda.

About the Author

Leon Dann received his teaching education at Mico College in Kingston. At York University, Toronto, Canada, he studied Psychology, Politics and Economics where he received his B.A degree. He enrolled at Niagara University, New York, U.S.A, he took courses in Educational Administration and Supervision and graduated with a Master Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, M.S. Ed. Leon has taught for 24+ years with Peel District School Board, Ontario, as a Classroom Teacher. He previously taught at Savanna-la-mar Junior Secondary, St. Georges College. As a writer with JAMAL, he created Educational Learning Materials for adult learners. While working at the newspaper company, Gleaner Company he worked as sub-editor on the evening newspaper, The Evening Star. At the local radio station, RJR he was freelance news correspondence. Mr. Dann is currently the Program Director at United Achievers Community Services, a non-profit organization.
