About the Book

When a pair of twin boys are forced to live with a fearsome warlock, they must face unique trials as one boy is chosen to study under the warlock, and the other is woefully neglected. They must rely on each other to withstand the warlock’s disciplines, but they cannot endure him forever.

About the Author

Anaisa Simpson is a young woman who was born and raised on the prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada. She grew up in Martensville and currently lives in Regina with her husband. She has always loved to imagine fantasy worlds where anything is possible, and spent much of her childhood weaving stories of whimsy and wonder. Anaisa developed a taste for heavier and darker tales as she grew, and came to value both elements in her story telling.
