About the Author

Jenesis Prioleau was a Masterchef contestant and was able to make it to top 78 in the competition. She has been the Key speaker to empowering young women and advocated in volunteering at the Food Bank and The Easter Seals. She has made guest appearance as chef on the Shod Santiago through the LBTQ Network SVTV. She's the Colurful Vegan chef at Newark Natural Food Co Op, and the mother of three teenagers, with a Master Degree in Administrative Justice. She does her best cooking with music and singing off ket at her home in Smyrna Delaware. Jenesis is a competitive gym rat, concert junkie and serial foodie. She has been cooking since the tender age of eight. Jenesis is a vivacious Vegan that brings a new spicy twist to plant base lifestyle.
