Any chef, taste tester, culinary student, or even a fan of delicious food knows that you only need a few ingredients to prepare a well-cooked meal. In turn, there are only a few ingredients required to create an impactful leader who can be seasoned for everyone to enjoy. The ingredients of a leader give insight of how to shape and mold the leaders that will be needed for tomorrow. For years, it has been David’s desire to write a book, and when his dad sent him his first published book in the mail, he knew it was time to begin his journey. During a twenty-one day fast, he spent countless nights writing on a particular set of leadership skills that were inspired by personal life experiences. Whether you work for a corporation, nonprofit organization, or even in a church setting, you will be able to learn tangible skills to begin your mark as a leader or contribute to your leadership senses.

About the Author

David Briscoe is a husband, father, youth pastor, apologist, English teacher, and newly published author in Jacksonville, Florida. Just 24 years old, David embodies the definition of a leader. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, he moved around a lot during his teenage years, from Florida to Illinois and Iowa. Years later, he moved back to Florida to get a fresh start in life. You can say he had some unfinished business left in Florida and within one year, he became the campus ministry president at a local junior college. After transferring to the University of North Florida, he climbed the ranks of multiple corporate leadership positions including his most prominent: a chief risk officer. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he was accepted into some of the most elite universities in the country, including Vanderbilt, Baylor, Notre Dame, and Stanford. One night, God spoke to David in a dream to attend Liberty University. Currently, he studies in a rigorous Master of Christian Apologetics program. David is a multifaceted leader who is coming into his stride.
