About the Book

After an experience of a former boyfriend’s death, Monica writes of her remorse and pain and how she journeyed through the deep grief that overwhelmed her in the following years. This is her memoir of a relationship that she thought had been given up years ago. Through her writing, she processes her grief and comes to recognize that the essence of memory is not limited by time and that we should look past our limited belief systems when trying to comprehend God and the beyond. The story could not be written alone. She knows her beloved lives on and is her cocreator, inspiring this unusual story. The veil that now separates them will be lifted again in the world of the spirit.

About the Author

Monica is a mother, grandmother, secretary for over 40 years, volunteer, political activist, Reiki Master, golfer and cross country skier. Her latest quest was as a teaching assistant/volunteer with Global Volunteers, on the island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
