I'm going to tell you a story that happened not so long ago... In a small town by the Sierra Mountains there lived a boy named Scrooge whose focus was on video games, video movies, video phones, and anything technology. Scrooge was just starting to become bitter about the Holiday season because his mother was too busy working and his father was always out of town when they kept missing Christmas events. He decided to go to the mall to buy a video game system but would find out that night his technology was too much for Scrooge to handle.

To the parents, The ironic nature of this story is meant for all ages who have to deal with changing technology that affects everyday life. Explaining that going outside each day to play instead of just playing video games could be healthy. A simple break between games can help by simply getting exercise while having fun. The idea for parents is to understand that technology is becoming overwhelming due to not integrating our needs to what technology can accomplish for us so we can spend more time with our children. Make the time by putting technology down and listening to what our kids really need—their parents.
