My name is Andrea and I have been struggling with some health issues around my digestion all my life, which got me started on my own health journey and found my passion for health and wellbeing which I have been studying ever since to this day. I love to study how the human body works. I am now a qualified Nutritional Therapist and my passion is to help women with their hormone health. I was a tom boy in my youth. I have never been very girly, worn lots of makeup or kept up with the latest fashion trends. I love bananas and almond butter, I love animals especially cats and cows! I love the sunshine and the hot weather and like nothing better than to be out in nature. I always knew I wanted to help others with their health and wellbeing for years but did not know how I could do that so I just studied in my spare time and learned how to eat for good health and wellbeing to help myself, family and friends.
