When Ronald Reagan had started early on his political career, he had experience a vision shared and brought to him by the Reverend Billy Graham. Ronald Reagan thus believed that he was on a mission from God to defeat the mighty Soviet Union. This union of largely captive states of communist Russia, was incredibly powerful and had over 30,000 nuclear weapons. To engineer the policy to defeat the great Atheist empire at that point in history, and avoid a nuclear war, was one of the greatest feats of any leader of any nation since the dawn of time. Ronald Reagan prayed often and had a profound belief that in a battle of ideas and philosophies, that free people can out think their enslaved counterparts. He had called upon the great scientific and engineering capability of the free world. There is a window of technology that will open and the first ones through will emerge thirty years advanced on the other side. America and the free world got to that window first. One aspect that America and the free world engineers as Delta...Delta. This was not only a change in technology but a change in the rate at which technology was changing. It was this revolution within a revolution that multiplied changes so rapidly that any lesser infrastructure would simply be overwhelmed. This revolution within a revolution saved the world from a nuclear devastation. In today's world , we continue the revolution as the rate of change is multiplying rapidly But with AI, the ability of . computers to not only bring us undreamed of changes, but as AI takes form, and teaches itself how to engineer, and then can cross check its own designs, it becomes Delta....Delta...Delta... It is not only a revolution inside of a revolution but the rate of change itself goes into a third dimension ...Delta...Delta...Delta.... Just as the first Delta...Delta had saved the world from a nuclear showdown...for the time being, society will call upon the new revolution to give us a world more complex and sophisticated than any we have so far imagined. Thus while President Ronald Reagan had steered us through Delta ....Delta...President Donald Trump is set to give us the incredible revolution to the third stage...Delta...Delta...Delta. This book is about some of the changes we can expect as the race for more and better technology gets even more advanced. as we experience the third degree in the rate of change.
