About the Author

Emmy Ayarza is a true American of Scottish Irish, German Bohemian, pioneer-immigrant ancestry. She traveled to Europe several times and sought out higher education and learning. Emmy was born and raised on a farm-and-ranch combination and still lives on a ranch with her husband of forty eight years. The middle child of loving parents of a large family of seven children and her rural background sheltered her yet exposed her to a unique life and background of independent, rugged, musical, and yet tolerant family and friends. Both of her parents were small-airplane pilots, and her mother’s love of progress and inventions spurred her own fondness of science fiction and futuristic possibility.
