Her involvement with many community outreach programs allows her to speak before hundreds of people about the importance of planning ahead for the inevitable, thereby preserving their personal and historical legacies. Myers has received many awards for her outstanding work within the community and presently serves on the local Board of Directors of various organizations. Myers is a graduate of the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and is the manager of McCall’s Bronxwood Funeral Home.
