About the Book

I hope you enjoy “Travels With The Wild Man. I hope it makes you stop and think and let your imagination run wild. That it gives you an opportunity to enjoy life and capture that special moment. I hope it makes you become that wild person that is locked up inside of you and helps you capture the euphoria that life can bring. I began writing when my wife of thirty eight years passed away. I found myself in search for my sanity. I found it difficult to live in our house of thirty years. I had quit my job at Applebee’s finding it too difficult to be around so many people. Being a manager it was hard to relate to other peoples insignificant problems. Not a good attitude for a manager. At least not for someone who had once loved to be around different people and enjoyed a good conversation. I have always been an avid motorcycle rider. The last thirty years, a staunch Harley rider. I decided to write a poetry book with pictures of my travels. I hope it sparks interest in your life and the explorer’s imagination in your soul. I enjoy the open air, the wind in your face experience you get on the open road. I hope my book sparks the wild person inside of you. Thank you Timothy M. Nugent

About the Author

My name is Timothy M. Nugent. When I was a young man MY close friends called me “Huge Nuge. “ I was a large kid who played sports; lift heavy weights and enjoyed hoisting a good beer once in awhile. I was an ambitious soul. A type “A” personality who needed to succeed in everything I did. I worked sixteen hour days and partied the rest. Soon I realized life was passing me by and I was neglecting the most important person in my life, my wife. Fortunately I wasn’t too soon old to late smart. I changed my ways and began enjoying life with my Partner. We began communicating and enjoying life. After my wife passed away in September of 08; I promised not to ever let life go by without noticing it. I began traveling and have not stopped yet. I hope you enjoy my poetry and pictures.
