About the Book

It is in the tradition of poetry to be elusive, figurative and be of complexity. My book although keeping up with the skillful evasiveness of the old fashion practice, does not pay tribute to the Shakespearean literatures. It is not poetry for the professors nor the scholars with degrees in the art of reading poetry. My poetry in the language of the blue collars is designed to evoke feelings or paint a scene in yet a metaphoric presentation relating to the mundane routine. Unlike the first rate poesy it is in the harmony of street talk, choice of words written in effortless verses, letting flow an idea or a dream. It is of the service I provide to the average man a giving to what beauty is all about. Letting his imagination take flight and bringing it to his day to day life he might be able to see that even if things do not rhyme and his existence seems to be of a blank verse; something in my poetry is there to deepen his thinking, enliven his mind and inspire him to perceive life with a third eye.

About the Author

I was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti and came to the United States in my late teens. I went to high school and did a few semesters in college before I was my financial aid was cut. Not knowing what I wanted I took Liberal Arts but never finished the degree for my missing classes due to Epilepsy that I never revealed to the administration. To me that mental illness was a set back until I discovered that many famous individuals like ( Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Buddha, Elton John, Charles Dickens, Danny Glover, Vincent Van Gogh, and so on have excelled in spite of it.
