About the Book

The assignment of writing this book has been a partnership with God. I am most grateful for the ability to hear God’s voice during the seven-year collaboration. This inspirational journey has been a creation of the Creator. When You Are Going Through, It Is A Faith Journey the book speaks from a personal, biblical, and humanistic perspective. The content categorically addresses emotional situations from a positive and negative genre. The reader is challenged to self-evaluate, connect with their spirituality, and check their faith zone.

About the Author

Priscilla N Channel is a native of Hampton, Virginia and the eldest daughter of the late Mr. John Thomas Watkins and Mrs. Mary Holland Watkins. Channel received her early education in Hampton City and District of Columbia school systems. She graduated from Thomas Nelson Community College with an associate degree in nursing and later graduated cum laude from Regis University with a bachelors’ and master’s degree in nursing. Her nursing career spans 40 years in the areas of Women’s Health, Adjunct Nursing Professor and Public School Health. Channel is an active member of Bethel AME Church, Hampton , VA, and the Intercessory Ministry. She values family time, enjoys reading and journaling. Channel is married to her beloved husband, Horace of 43 years. They are blessed with four children, Stayce (Clarence), Michael, Rashaun ( LaVetra) and Makeba ( Anthony) seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
