It’s not me that speaks, but God within me that gives me words to say. I am a God-fearing loving man that also stands firmly on family orientation. Every light appears where there is darkness. My life was complete darkness, but now it’s illuminating through the power and spirit of God. My transformation was manifested by God and my accepting him, his piloting, and truths and not because of my own actions. My name is Harold Thomas. Everyone knows me as Man. I was born January 11, 1975—Capricorn baby! I’m five feet eleven, 210 pounds. I believe in fitness and healthiness—spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
