About the Book

Horsy, Horsy - Where Are You? is a children“s story book about a girl whose parents take her on a long car trip to a farm to see the animals. The author, Michael Smith, as a way to pass time with his young daughters on long journeys, created this story. On their trip, the young girl named Jamie asks, "Horsy, horsy where are you?" which sparks a fun and entertaining game between Jamie and her father. They begin making up different activities that the horse may be doing while they are in route. They arrive at the farm as their game ends. This tale is written in a language easily understood by younger children. The illustrations bring the story to life and help children to see the humor in each horse activity.
