About the Book

Sharon addicted to the love-making of her young lover, agreed to his demands to aid him in the murder of her husband, Arthur, with whom she was married for 47 years. Arthur, a retired “Street Cop” turned novelist, became aware of his wife’s infidelities, tapped his home phone and learned the date, time and place of the murder plot. He notified the State Police who arrested Sharon and her lover. Shortly after Sharon’ arrest, Arthur suffered a severe heart attack, and without any will to live, was near death. As a last resort, the doctor requested that Arthur’s grandchildren go into the room one at a time. The stunt worked, and Arthur revived his will to live. He was nursed back to health by a young, sexy, aide who later carried on a torrid love affair with Arthur. Sharon lost everything in the divorce that followed, her family, friends, and everything she worked for in her 47 year marriage. In her loneliness, she took up with a Mafia Don, who owned the building where she lived. He treated her like a queen when everyone else shunned her. Before she would agree to marry him, she wanted to present him to her family at her Granddaughter’s Bat Mitzvah in Florida. At the reception, a Mafia war broke out with an assassination attempt on the Don’s life. It was thwarted by Sharon’s son.
The Bitter End is a book filled with thrilling action adventures from start to finish, torrid love affairs, tear filled family episodes, and a surprise ending that will make you sad that the book is finished.
