About the Book

Within Sight of the City is a collection of poems that captures the essence of a life well-lived, while anticipating much more to come. The sections—“Serendipity,” “Within Sight of the City,” “Acts of Love” and “Rest Stop”—illustrate the emotional flow of an ordinary life, a life that proves there is much that is extraordinary behind everyday experiences.

About the Author

Michele Danza has written poetry and short stories since she was nine years old. Within Sight of the City is her first published work. Her professional career is in purchasing and materials management. She holds two degrees, in public relations and organizational communication. This is her first collection of poems. Ms. Danza lives in Naperville, Illinois with her English bulldog, Gus.
