About the Author

David Brandin is a mathematician and computer scientist. He served as vice president and director of Computer Science at Stanford Research Institute and as president of the Association for Computing Machinery. ACM and the Economic Strategy Institute awarded him fellowships. He co-authored a trade book, The Technology War;, a column in California Business; and he recently published a short story in Cigar Magazine. His novel, The Horns of Moses, a Middle East political thriller, earned Editor’s, Publisher’s, and Reader’s Choice awards from iUniverse.
