This perfect coffee table book will warm your heart as you experience the many FACES OF LOVE.-- Praise for “FACES OF LOVE”: John Wolfersberger’s love of family, faith, and persistence is communicated in poetry and paintings in this long overdue book. We who know him have long awaited this gift to the world. Do yourself a favor: Find a quiet corner with this book, then look and listen, and be blessed. Dr. Richard A. Wing, Senior Minister, First Community Church, Columbus, Ohio.-- Lover of color, lover of life, gifted in thought, word and deed, John Wolfersberger unwinds his heart and paint brush in this little volume of love, and brings us gifts galore. Eleanor Scott Meyers, Ph.D., retired seminary professor, former President of Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley. now resides, and paints in Southern, California.-- With both pen and brush, John Wolfersberger skillfully depicts love in its many expressions. This delightful book is an insightful and sensitive reflection of what lives in the hearts of us all. Martha Roberts, licensed phychotherapist and bereavement counselor, Beaumont, California, former Staff Counselor, Pepperdine University, Malibu, California.-- This is a wonderful collection of poetry and paintings, and as a lover of both, I love the way they work together. The paintings have a simplicity and serenity about them that is soft on the soul. It is easy to stare and be absorbed by the paintings. The poetry is pointed and powerful and each one says something worth hearing. The blending of these mediums makes each more powerful than they would be alone. Dr. Dan P. Moseley, Professor of Preaching and Leadership at Christian Theological Seminary, Indianapolis, Indiana.
