Graduated, Central Academy High School, Fincastle, VA. Rank 5th place, graduating class. Medical receptionist graduate, Career Training Institute Roanoke, VA., Lincoln School of LPN nurse Los Angeles, Ca., Seamstress graduate. Lifetime School, Los Angeles, Ca. Clerical Studies completed, Virginia Western Community College, Roanoke. VA. She’s kind hearted, gentle woman, outgoing personality, honest, trustworthy. She is an excellent writer of poems, essays, short stories, plays and speeches. Entered many contest writings, won 1st place in poetry contest Poem titled, “Check Out For Heaven” Reading PA. Also Essay Contest essay titled “Oppurtunity is the Key to Education”, published in anthologies book Los Angeles, Ca. Won Honorable Merit Certifi cate, Outstanding writing short story title “Learning The Art of Sewing”, published in Memoir book in Library, Fincastle, Virginia. She has traveled to many states in U.S.A, dreams of visiting all the states. Motto if I can help someone with a smile on my face and speak kind words from my heart, my living has not been in vain or shame. The author resides in Buchanan, Virginia.
