About the Author

Nicki’s Story: Once upon a time there was a little girl from Pittsburgh named Nicki who dreamed of becoming a writer (among other things). She went to an illustrious university called Ohio State and studied Journalism (most of the time). After graduation she moved to New York City (which does not resemble an apple, big or small) and got to work at way cool places like Sesame Workshop and Scholastic Entertainment creating fun games and activities for their websites. She met and married a handsome dude from New Jersey (it’s a nice place, seriously). They moved to a magical town with great schools called Ridgewood, where they live happily with their four rocking children and one very silly Springer Spaniel. Now that this book is in your hands, all of Nicki’s dreams have come true (thank you!). Mike’s Story: Mike Moran lives in New Jersey and only saw The Sopranos once, while staying in a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee! Funny. He keeps busy with his wife and two boys. The house is filled with lacrosse sticks, Legos, guitars, art and the world's biggest dog. Pretty funny.
