About the Author

Amy Gorman was born and raised on the West Coast; more to the point, she is a Californian girl through and through. She is the Creator’s daughter, and creative bubble of expression. She is a writer, a painter, a sculptor and a designer. Amy has collected these poems from her notebooks over the last eight years. In a way, Amy has been writing this book for eight years. She hopes that her readers will find something within the pages that speaks to them on a personal level. That these attempts at writing will be the words to speak for someone who cannot find their own words is a far reaching goal, but one that Amy would love to achieve. “Thank you for taking the time to share “My World” with me.” -Amy Gorman
