About the Book

The one thing that stands in the way of our everyday lives is our own lack of belief. We are all given a heritage of living our lives with abundance from God, but so many of us fall short of receiving our blessings. We continue to trust man and not our creator. Rather, we are faced with losing our home, our job, or simply having peace of mind. We must understand that each of us has a journey to complete in our life span, and walking with God, we will be able meet our everyday challenges. Hope is the anchor of the soul. God is our anchor. It is only he that gave his begotten son, and his son came to bare all.

About the Author

What gave me the desire to write this book was an inspirational sermon of hearing God’s word. Our oldest son knew we were always in a scrape for money, and he asked us if we would be willing to cater his company’s picnic. We accepted his offer and had a wonderful time with our two grandchildren as well. Our son did not want to see us attempt to drive back to Pennsylvania the same night after working all day, so he put us up in a nice comfortable hotel. I never sleep well in strange places. I just decided to watch cable television, hoping to eventually doze off to sleep. I came across a channel wherein I heard this inspirational minister speak on God’s great wealth. It was like God wanted me to hear this message. We went back home that evening and I located that minister’s web site. I decided to order his sermon on DVD. After hearing his sermons in great detail, I became inspired to write this book. There is not a day that you turn on the television that you do not still hear about people losing their homes to foreclosure. I hope people will stop trusting man and trust God. God has the final say so.
