About the Book

This book is based on Puerto Rican food recipes that have been handed down to me from previous generations in my family. I learned these recipes from my beloved mother who always created something interesting for our table. These are comfort foods that can be made with few ingredients and minimal effort. It brought me great pride and joy in its composition. I hope that you and your family will enjoy its contents as much as I did in its creation. About the Author

I was born on October 1, 1962 in New York City. I come from a family of ten children, me being the seventh child. My mother and Father are natives of the island of Puerto Rico and we grew up with a strong Hispanic cultural influence. I started cooking at the age of five, at first by helping my mom in the kitchen, then making full course meals, cooking is my passion, and my meals are created with love. Been running a small catering business for over twenty years . I’m currently living in New York City and continue to maintain my small catering business.
